1 Definitions & Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the 999 bit platform and its users. By registering on or using 999 bit, you are deemed to have automatically accepted these Terms.
In this document, "999 bit", "we", and "our" refer to the entity operating 999bit.bet. "You", "user", and "member" refer to any individual registered on the platform.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility
Age Restriction
To open an account with 999 bit, you must be at least 18 years old or meet the legal age requirement applicable in your country. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited, and any such account, once identified, will be closed immediately.
One Account Per Person
Each individual may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be terminated and all balances may be forfeited.
Accuracy of Information
All information provided during registration must be accurate and truthful. 999 bit reserves the right to close any account opened with false information at any time. A KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process may be required to confirm your identity.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals
Deposit Methods

Withdrawal Process
Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 24 hours. However, withdrawals may be on hold if KYC verification has not been completed. Identity verification is mandatory for your first withdrawal.
Please note: Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. This is part of our anti-money laundering policy.
Currency & Exchange Rates
999 bit supports transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Transactions in foreign currencies will be subject to the prevailing exchange rate and any applicable conversion fees.
4 Bonuses & Promotions
999 bit regularly offers a range of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions that must be followed.
Wagering Requirements
Most bonuses come with wagering requirements attached. For example, with a 50x wagering requirement on a BDT 100 bonus, you would need to place BDT 5,000 in bets before making a withdrawal.
- Bonus validity is generally limited to between 7 and 30 days
- Bonus usage may be restricted to specific games
- Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time
- Promo codes are single-use only
- 999 bit reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus at any time
Attempting to withdraw without meeting the bonus terms will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
5 Betting & Gaming Rules
General Gaming Rules
All games on 999 bit are conducted fairly and transparently. Game outcomes are determined using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is regularly audited by independent third parties.
Sports Betting
For Sports Betting, the odds provided by 999 bit are final. Should incorrect odds appear due to a technical error, 999 bit reserves the right to void the affected bets.
- Bets cannot be changed once they have been accepted
- Bet cancellation requests may be submitted before an event begins
- Bets will be refunded if a match is abandoned
- Odds Are Subject to Change in Live Betting
Casino Games
Every casino game has its own RTP (Return to Player) percentage. 999 bit publishes RTP information for all games transparently.
6 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on 999 bit. Violation of these rules may result in account termination and forfeiture of any balance:
- Any form of fraud or fraudulent activity
- Bonus Abuse (Bonus Hunting or Arbitrage)
- Operating Multiple Accounts
- Money Laundering or Illegal Financial Transactions
- Use of Automated Software or Bots
- Theft of another user's information or hacking
- Using the Platform for Commercial Purposes
- Placing bets on behalf of a minor

7 Account Closure & Suspension
999 bit reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, for any reason and without prior notice, particularly if:
- Evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation is found
- Failure to complete KYC verification
- Suspected Financial Fraud
- Account remains inactive for an extended period
User's Right to Close Account
You may close your account at any time. Before doing so, please withdraw any pending bonuses and remaining balance. A self-exclusion option is also available as part of our Responsible Gaming features.
8 Responsible Gaming
